1. Our Service

Commercielo is a personal shopping service based in Vienna, Austria. We do not produce, stock, or resell any products shown on our platform. We offer shopping support for people who want to buy items they cannot access due to store restrictions, regional limitations, or other barriers.

Our service includes:

searching and sourcing products based on your request
providing style, size, or availability consultation
buying the product on your behalf using our name but based on your order
arranging delivery and offering support

We charge a service fee for our assistance. This fee is communicated and confirmed before completing the order.

2. Product Information

We do our best to present all items clearly and professionally:

All descriptions are based on details available at the time of sourcing.
Product photos are taken by Commercielo directly, but colors may vary slightly depending on lighting, camera settings, etc.
Product availability, pricing, or specifications may change without notice, especially in limited stock or outlet situations.

3. Pricing and Fees

The final cost of any order consists of:
the product price set by the original store or brand
our personal shopping service fee

This fee is confirmed before payment and is non-refundable, even if you decide not to proceed after the item has been purchased.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Commercielo arranges delivery for every confirmed order. You will receive an estimated delivery timeframe during the checkout or confirmation process. If no specific estimate is given, delivery will be made within 30 days from the order date.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs procedures, courier delays, or other external disruptions. In such cases, we will provide all available tracking information and updates and do our best to assist. However, delays are not a valid reason for cancelling the order or requesting a penalty or refund, unless otherwise agreed before the purchase.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the product’s origin.

5. Returns and Faulty Items

Commercielo does not offer a general return service unless this was clearly discussed and agreed before placing the order.

If we make an error — such as ordering the wrong product — we will:

accept a return at no cost to you
provide a full refund of the product value
cover return shipping

We personally inspect all items before shipping to ensure condition and accuracy. Therefore, quality-related returns are not accepted unless we’ve made a mistake.

6. Limitation of Liability

Commercielo relies on third-party stores and outlets for product availability and details. While we do our best to ensure everything goes smoothly, we are only liable in cases where we acted with intent or gross negligence.

We are not responsible for:

changes in product stock or pricing
delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
indirect damages, losses, or dissatisfaction due to product quality

In cases where we make a clear mistake, our liability is limited to accepting a return and issuing a refund.

7. Customs & Import Duties

If your order is being delivered outside the European Union, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country.

These costs:

are not included in the prices listed or our service fee
are the responsibility of the customer

We are not liable for delays or costs due to customs processing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Commercielo app and website — including product photos, layout, logos, and code — is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

copy or reuse large parts of our content
use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect data
republish product lists or images without permission

All third-party brand names mentioned (e.g., Louis Vuitton, Prada) belong to their respective owners and are only referenced for service purposes.

9. Privacy Policy

Use of our application does not require registration or the creation of an account. Users may access and utilize the application without providing personal information. However, certain enhanced features—such as maintaining a wishlist, viewing recently accessed products, or saving search history—are available only to registered users.

Any information entered into the application, including but not limited to address book details, may be managed and deleted directly by the user within the My Account section. In addition, users may permanently delete their account at any time through the same section. Upon deletion of an account, all associated personal data will be irreversibly removed from our systems.

We collect and process only the personal data necessary to:

fulfill and process orders;

communicate with you through channels such as email, WhatsApp, or Instagram;

arrange and complete deliveries.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties. All personal data is handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for the provision of services requested by you.

Commercielo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service implies your acceptance of the new terms.
